DIY Hearth and Hand Inspired Wreath
I know what you're thinking, another wreath!? I guess wreaths are my jackets of Christmas, meaning I can never have too many. I decided to DIY this Magnolia Hearth and Hand Wreath because they were sold out in stores and it looked like something I could make. So here goes, let me know what you think.
Here are the things I used; Bells and faux juniper greens from the dollarstore, gold and rosegold Krylon spraypaint, wire cutters, wire and a metal hoop (I picked up from a hyde shop).
First I removed all the berries from my greens. Depending on which greens you pick-up you may not have to do this step. This was the only juniper style greenery I could find at the dollarstore.
Next, I spray painted the hoop gold and used the wire to adhere the greenery to the metal hoop.
Then I took my dollarstore bells and selected two that I thought resembled the original the best and spray painted them gold.
Finally, I attached the bells with some wire and added a small loop at the top for hanging. That's it! Super easy and very easy to recreate in different sizes.
Here is the side-by-side comparison of the original Hearth and Hand Magnolia wreath and my DIY Hearth and Hand inspired wreath. I'm pretty happy with the result.
