DIY Eucalyptus Wall Hanging
I love decorating with Eucalyptus, spelling it on the otherhand well I'd almost always get it wrong if it weren't for spellcheck. I created this beautiful DIY Eucalyptus Wall Hanging as part of my decor for the Falling into Autumn Blog Hop. I know it's not your traditional fall decor but I'm not a huge fan of
orange so my options were limited. In fact, I like the modern feel of
this piece so much I might leave it up until Christmas (shh don't tell
my husband).
The best thing about this eucalyptus DIY is that it's super easy. On a scale of one to "never try this", it's a one. It's simple and it requires almost no tools (well scissors, if you call that a tool). You may have caught a glimpse of this on my Instastories earlier this week, I had such an overwhelming positive response (thank you mom) that I decided to post it on the blog
PS, my inspiration for this piece came from Thalita at The Learner Observer.
Here are the things you will need; Eucalyptus, twine/jute, dowel (or a stick or something - I used a closet rod) and scissors.
I first laid out my plan on the floor.
Then I tied the twine onto the wooden rod or dowel (yes, I need a manicure).
That's it. Fairly easy.
