Trend Alert: Oversized Greenery
Are you one of those people who love fresh arrangements? Today on the blog, I'm sharing a new interior trend, oversized greenery
arrangements. Whether it's magnolia leaves, eucalyptus, olive branches
or twigs from your backyard, placing these oversized greens in a room
can really make an impact. The key to achieving this trend in your home
is to place the oversized greenery arrangements in simple neutral spaces
with lots of natural light where the greens can really pop. Often placed in glass vases, appearing to float, the greenery creates a pattern in itself.
Here are a few of my faves knocking this trend out of the park:
Okay, toot toot, this is my kitchen (shameless self-promotion).
In this kitchen by Lisa Gutow Design the oversized greenery really works because the flushmount lights allow ample space for the branches to sprawl.
Lauren Liess Design does it right in this foyer. The oversized greenery is sculptural and fresh.
These olive branches hand picked from Michelle Janeen's backyard are drool-worthy.
Another neutral kitchen rocking the oversized greenery by Stephanie Jean Design.
And what list is complete without the wonderful Studio McGee, these oversized greens in an otherwise black and white room really add an airy punch.
