This is part two of a three part DIY New Years Eve Decor series.  This DIY project is a new twist on an old stand-by - Balloons. In this case we used balloons to make Champagne Balloon Bubbles.

 Here are the things you will need (pretty self-explanatory):
 Creating this look is fairly easy but there are some small tips to help you make it perfect. First, blow up the balloons in roughly three different sizes, next, tape down the tie with an "X" of tape (this will help the balloons maintain a round shape when you tape them to the wall)
Finally tape them to the wall and adjust as necessary. Note, you might want to use two-way tape but test it on your wall first (it might rip off paint).
