DIY Christmas Cocktails

Here are three signature cocktail ideas for your Christmas Party. See details for each drink below.
My apologies for the blurry pics - think it's time for a new camera, lol.
Note, please drink responsibly : )

1. Iceberg Hpnotiq Cocktail (with Glue-Gun Snowflake Garnish):
- 2 oz. Hpnotiq
- 2 oz. Premium Raspberry Vodka
- Splash of Club Soda
For the garnish, use your glue gun to create snowflakes and ice-melt around the top of the glass - IMPORTANT - be sure to spray your glass with Pam prior to the glue gun (otherwise it will be very difficult to remove). Once your glue has been applied you can wash the glass gently to remove that filmy look. I rimmed the glass with icing sugar but you could use plain sugar too.
2. Eggnog Cocktail with a Cozy (similar to a Sweater Candle Holder)
- 1 oz spiced run
- 4 oz eggnog
- Pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon

To decorate the glass, I've used stockings but you could use socks or the sleeve of a sweater. I've seen this done for candle holders so I thought it would be a nice touch for a wintery drink. I think it would be perfect for a Bailey's and coffee or a mulled wine - yum! I rimmed the glass with cinnamon.
3. Christmas Caesar/Bloody Mary Cocktail (with Cucumber Christmas Tree Garnish)
- Clamato juice
- Vodka
- Worcestershire
- Tabasco sauce
- Glass rimmed with celery salt
For full details on this recipe check out the Cookin' Canuck blog.
* Upfront, I know I know, I used the wrong glasses for this drink but it was all I had : ) I saw this a similar cucumber garnish for the summer and thought it would make the perfect Christmas tree.
